SCJ Alliance is assisting Cadman with obtaining an isolated wetlands determination for 18 wetlands and designing a 10-acre wetland mitigation plan for impacts to the on-site wetlands.
We are providing coordination with the US Army Corps of Engineers and Washington State Department of Ecology to obtain all the necessary approvals.

“This was an interesting mining site with several kettle wetlands, close to the Stilliguamish River. In addition to providing a mitigation site, Cadman will maintain a 400 ft natural protection buffer around the property adjacent to the river.”
