SCJ Alliance provided a wetland delineation in a portion of Swan Creek Park.

Swan Creek is a stream that supports an anadromous salmon run. The area where the delineation was conducted is located within the anadromous zone and provides a shelter and resting area for salmon migrating out to the Puyallup River.

The site will serve as a mitigation area for work required to repair Water Pipeline 4, which is upstream of the mitigation site. The wetland delineation was completed in compliance with Pierce County critical area regulations.
