Parsons Hall is a student housing facility located on the Saint Martin University campus. The project site was in an area of campus without utility infrastructure.

In addition to designing onsite utility systems, SCJ designed main trunk lines including sewer, water and stormwater to connect to the campus core systems. We also designed improvements to the main campus road, Baran Drive, to include speed tables for traffic calming and sidewalks for improved pedestrian connectivity to the main campus.

STAFF STORY

“This project was interesting because we had to first figure out ultimate campus utility needs to establish the sizing of the utility trunk lines that were extended to the project site.  Even though this was “just a site development project,” there was a lot of major infrastructure design that was needed.”
