Lacey-based SCJ Alliance is celebrating 15 years in business. The employee-owned firm specializes in civil engineering, transportation planning and design, environmental and urban planning, landscape architecture and public outreach. Since its founding in May 2006, it has worked on about 3,300 projects for public, private and tribal clients, SCJ said in press materials.
