Project Permitting / Entitlements
Most land development projects require environmental permitting. Requirements can range from preparation of a simple SEPA checklist to a full Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). SCJ Alliance has extensive experience in preparation and/or coordination of environmental documentation for all project sizes, with in-house staff who excel in wetland delineations and reports, as well as shoreline analysis.
Large projects often require other special studies such as archeological investigations, noise analysis or groundwater evaluations. At SCJ Alliance, we have considerable coordination experience with managing experts who are preparing a multitude of studies and assembling all findings into a single, cohesive document.
Site Planning & Evaluation
Can I build a 10,000 square foot community center on my parcel or transform a 40-acre undeveloped parcel into a commercial center? SCJ Alliance can answer these questions through our comprehensive approach to development planning. Our land use planners and civil engineers collaborate as they analyze issues related to zoning, parking, setbacks, utilities, stormwater and access, among others. Then we can work together on creative and cost-effective solutions to overcome potential challenges.
