SCJ staff developed the design of approximately 2,500 linear feet of new multiuse paved trail for the Town of Winthrop. Project tasks included preparation of complete plans, specifications, estimates, and bid documents for the work. SCJ also provided construction inspection and construction administration for the RCO and TIB-funded project. The initial contract bid and award were in excess of available funding. SCJ successfully negotiated cost reductions with the contractor to create a complete project that fit within available funds.
