SCJ provided structural engineering support to a homeowner’s association with an aging pedestrian bridge. SCJ inspected the bridge and developed reinforcing designs, which were successfully implemented. SCJ also supported the association during the tendering phase for bridge repairs by preparing a repair scope of work and identifying qualified contractors. The project’s goal was to refurbish the bridge to provide decades of additional service, and the completed improvements achieved that objective.
