SCJ worked with the City of Lacey to expand a gravel lot at the park, which serves thousands of people yearly. The parking lot was designed to handle 350 vehicles, multiple electric vehicle charging stations, and roadway frontage improvements. Additional improvements included landscaping, irrigation, a pedestrian plaza, fire protection, and stormwater management. SCJ has been contracted to design Phase 3 of the RAC across Marvin Road. we’re currently evaluating conceptual designs with the City.
