SCJ is supporting the Eatonville School District with converting its existing natural athletic fields and track into a new synthetic multipurpose field and track system. The field will include soccer, flag football, and track and field events. In addition, the school will replace the existing 88-year-old stadium seating with a new grandstand bleacher stadium, provide new Musco LED lighting, updated accessible entries and circulation, and a new ticket booth and public restroom building. The project required a fast-tracked schedule, prompting the SCJ project manager to work closely with the town administrators and planners to identify design solutions and streamline the permit process at the start of the project. SCJ is also working closely with the RCO project coordinator to meet the shortened schedule and review process, ensuring the project can achieve substantial completion of field construction so students and the local community can enjoy their new track and field in early fall for the football season.
