SCJ provided professional civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the Avid Hotel project in Wenatchee, WA. The project constructed a new 95-unit Avid Hotel on Wenatchee Avenue. SCJ’s civil engineering services consist of developing permit and construction documents for the site development portion of the project. Landscape architecture services include preliminary landscape plans and cost estimates.
