SCJ led the development of the Angel of the Winds RV Resort, a premier addition to the Angel of the Winds Casino Resort in Arlington, Washington. This state-of-the-art facility features over 180 full hook-up RV sites, including over 150 pull-through and over 20 back-in spaces, designed to accommodate a diverse range of RVs.
The resort offers a variety of amenities to enhance the guest experience, such as a fully equipped clubhouse with a pool and fitness center, luxury yurts, a dog park, pickleball courts, and walking trails.
SCJ’s design approach transformed the site into a cohesive community, integrating the natural landscape and providing a neighborhood-like atmosphere. The project involved navigating complex site conditions, including steep, unstable perimeters, perched water tables, and wetlands. Through innovative planning and design, SCJ successfully addressed these challenges, ensuring environmental sustainability and guest safety.
