The City of Fife partnered with SCJ to conduct a corridor study for the 54th Avenue/Taylor Way corridor. Building upon previous planning efforts in the area, this study developed intersection alternatives at three different intersections to improve access and operations along the corridor. This project included the conceptual design of three traffic signals and two roundabouts at two separate intersections. These options were analyzed and given an estimated cost to help guide the City to the best fit for the needs of the community and the City.
