SCJ Alliance provided a wetland review for a preliminary plat for the Retreat at Sunrise that will have minor impacts to existing wetland buffers. SCJ prepared a full report and exhibits that will be used for the applicant to justify a variance to allow the back portion of the proposed lots to be within the outer wetland buffer.
