Parkview Apartments is a 72-unit HUD financed multi-family project located at Briggs Urban Village in Olympia, Washington. SCJ provided planning and civil engineering services including steering the project through the entitlement process. We also prepared a traffic study, construction drawings for site infrastructure (water, sewer, stormwater, erosion control, site layout, and paving plans) and construction administrative support services.

Because this project was HUD financed, the project design and documents were prepared to meet the specific criteria of this program. The project incorporated several elements of low impact design including onsite infiltration of roof drainage and collection and infiltration of all project runoff.
