Shea Carr Jewell staff visited with clients at the Washington State American Public Works Association and American Planning Association meetings in October.  At both conferences, we were approached by planning and public works staff with questions about incorporating new stormwater treatment alternatives and multi-modal travel options into neighborhood street design standards.
